Saddle and Bridle Fitting

A saddle and bridle that fits correctly will make

for a safe, happy horse and rider.

The latest research puts as much emphasis on

the effects of bridle fit as to the saddle, in how

they influence a horse's way of going.

It's important to consider saddle and bridle fit in a similar way you would think about your horse's feet and teeth.

Factor in regular checks to prevent injury and help your horse give you their best! The Society of Master Saddlers recommend your saddle is checked by a saddle fitter every six months, and more often if your horse is young or coming back into work, where they are likely to be changing shape more frequently.
